PolpoHire comes from Reforge Recruitment & Consultancy. We built the ATS we wanted to use, then we started running our own desk on it, every day.
Who we are
We are recruiters. For ten years we ran desks in agency recruitment, and like everyone in the field we made do with tools that were never built for the way we actually work. They stored CVs and tracked pipelines, but the real job, the part between the steps, happened in spreadsheets and inboxes on the side.
So we built the tool we wanted ourselves. PolpoHire runs the whole desk, not just the part where CVs sit: sourcing, pipeline, the money side, and the client. Our own agency, Reforge, still runs on it every day. That means it earns its place, or we feel it first.

So we built responsible handling in from the start: consent, access, retention and audit as infrastructure, not a bolt-on you switch on later.
